WHO WE ARE

GNK German Recruitment Ghana Limited is a newly formed recruitment agency operating in Ghana to recruit experienced workers and artisans for high-quality jobs and career opportunities in Germany. The opportunities exist for young, experienced, and motivated applicants with a bachelor’s degree, HND, diploma, or TVET (2 years from any government institution in Ghana); good and experienced truck drivers; and other good professionals and artisans in other allied professions.

The utmost key requirement for consideration is the acquisition of German language proficiency and English language proficiency certificates from A1 to C2 levels. Senior high school certificate holders with excellent grades may also be considered for apprenticeship jobs and training while at the same time schooling at a college in Germany known as “Berufliche Ausbildung” (earn as you learn).

Ms. Gloria Maame Egyirba Nkrumah is the C.E.O and Director of the Company. She is the brain behind the formation of the company due to her over 2 decades of experience in handling and managing businesses, spotting top talents, identifying business opportunities and making the needed investments to ensure value for money in every business deal transaction. She holds an HND in Hotel, Catering and Institutional management from the Accra Polytechnic, among other notable international Certifications attained, spanning several years of local and international experience. Ms. Gloria M. E. Nkrumah is an analytical thinker, a go-getter who challenges herself to reach new heights in all her endeavors both locally and internationally. Her disciplined focus and positive disposition to serious work puts her in a very good fit for this role. You can count on her and the team of giving you an expert service beyond what you can imagine.

Dr. Karl Witow

Dr. Karl Witow, the Organization’s Chief Consultant is a Medical Doctor, an astute Business man, Philanthropist and consultant with over 3 decades of experience in General medical practice and consulting, and business consultancy practice and advisory spanning several years. His philanthropic works has taken him to several African countries to offer help and support in medical emergency care and management. He has donated medical equipment to Ghana such as ultrasound machines, hospital beds, X ray machines, cardiologic diagnostic machines, wheel chairs for weak and disable people among others some few years ago, including Gambia as well. He brings on board his varied years of experience in business advisory strategies, building relationships and ensuring the required sharp investment decisions are made in line with the overall strategic goals of the Company. His down to earth demeanor makes him a good person for this strategic role.

Ekow A. Whyte

General Manager

Brief Profile of Manager

Mr. Ekow A. Whyte has 20+ years working experience in the private and public sectors and currently works as a Freelance Consultant in certain key areas of expertise within his ambit of authority and a Part-time supervisor for WAEC examinations. Prior to that, he worked as a Consultant with PwC-Ghana (in-Receivership) between the 2019 and 2020 periods in charge of all debt recoveries on loan facilities taken by GN Bank clients on government projects, and frequent engagements with government agencies to recover these funds. He also worked as a Senior Investment Analyst with the Project Finance department of GN Bank/GGFC within the 2016 and 2019 periods. At GN Bank/GGFC, he was in charge of projects management, project reporting, monitoring & evaluation of projects countrywide, debt structuring, due diligence works, debt recoveries and collections, besides working with government funding agencies and project consultants to raise IPCs for clients on every phase of project execution among other critical assignments performed. Mr. Ekow Whyte also had some 12 years working stints with the Ministry of Finance, Ghana and the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council (GARCC) as a Senior Budget Analyst spanning 2004 to 2016. He was in charge of annual budget implementation and performance, budget reviews both mid-year and end of year, and the chairman of the Regional Budget Committee at the RCC. He was also part of the Regional M & E Team on the MMDAs’ activities in the whole Greater Accra Region and briefly part of the Regional Tender Committee. He also managed/handled donor-funded and GoG-funded projects (UDG, DDF, HIV/AIDS FUNDS, DWAP, EU, UNDP, DACF, etc.) within these periods as a Focal Person on these projects in the Northern, Central and the Greater Accra regions of Ghana. He also worked as a Project Manager (Part-Time) for Agyakot Company Ltd, a Civil Engineering & Construction Firm between 2019 and 2021.He was in charge of drafting the company’s business plans, proposals and company profile to corporate institutions and government agencies, and drafting of company correspondences, including SoPs to guide company operating procedures and policies. He does part-time Freelancing in the areas of Project Management, Research, Marketing and Debt Recovery, for individual clients and institutions besides other areas of expertise that falls within his ambit of authority, which creates extra value for clients.

Richard Nii Oshiu Codjoe

Assistant Manager – Marketing

Brief Profile of Assistant Manager

Mr. Richard Nii Oshiu Codjoe comes on board as an Assistant Manager-Marketing with over 25+ years of wealthy experience in the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK as a reputed member in good standing. He started his work as a Banker with GN Bank as a Loan Recovery Team Leader, which took him to all the regions of Ghana. Mr. Codjoe also has a wealth of experience in research, Loan /Debt recovery, surveillance, asset tracing, among other expertise within his areas of capabilities. Mr. Codjoe is also very adept at cooking, which also makes him a great Chef, with his mouthwatering delicacies. He has also assisted in numerous research areas that have been documented, published and renewed for future generations, including books that have been authored for educational purposes and historical facts. He is really a true asset to the team.
