What you need to qualify
To qualify with GNK German Recruitment Limited, candidates must meet the following key requirements:
a. German Language Proficiency
A1 to B2 levels for SHS graduates who want to apply for Ausbildung.
A1 level for holders of bachelor’s degrees, diplomas, HNDs, and TVETs (2 years of vocational training in any government institution in Ghana).
b. Senior high school graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply. Such candidates should be prepared to engage in apprenticeship roles that combine practical job training with academic studies at Germany college (Berufsschule), allowing for both skill development and formal education.
c. Police Report:
– A recent police report (no more than 6 months old) is required to ensure compliance with German employment standards.
